SLEEPWALKER

Beams of light shine brilliantly
from the ground,
Crisscrossing the midnight sky

Terror rises within her,
Evil is among us.

Shadows creep slowly
along the wall,
Slithering closer to it's prey.

She climbs the walls to escape.
There is no place to hide,
an exit must be found.

Reflections are their friends,
conduits to our time.
Shattered pieces litter the bedroom floor.

Silence once again claims the night,
Sleep walks no more.
